Staff
Pastor McCain is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Virginia Union University (B.A. in History/Political Science), Gammon Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity), and United Theological Seminary (Doctor of Ministry). Dr. McCain has served in the North Georgia, Virginia, Northern Illinois, South Indiana, and Memphis Annual Conferences of The United Methodist Church.
A retired Navy Commander in the United States Navy Chaplain Corp, he has been married for thirty years to Terri, an elementary school educator and has two children, Martin, Jr. and Mia. Pastor McCain is a golf, tennis, and jazz enthusiast.
Pastor McCain’s favorite Bible text is Romans 12:2 – “Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is – his good, pleasing and perfect will.”

Annie has been a resident of Memphis since February 2004 after spending 20 years in Erie, Pennsylvania. She has been an Administrative Assistant/Secretary for most of her career. She is proud of her accomplishment of receiving the designation of Certified Professional Secretary and is continuing her education in Office Administration at Southwest Tennessee Community College. She is the proud mother of one daughter, who received her Master of Divinity Degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania in May 2009, one son-in-law and three grandsons. Annie likes to read, write inspirational poetry and loves gospel music. She is a member of Cummings Street Missionary Baptist Church where her beloved Pastor is Reverend Gary l. Faulker. Annie is a part of the iCare Ministry at Cummings Street.
Darlene Anderson - Administrative Assistant
Carla is a native of Collierville, Tennessee and a graduate of Collerville High School. Carla is the mother of two daughters.
Carol Gentry - Food Pantry Coordinator
Eddie Rhyan is a native of Memphis, Tennessee and has been on the staff of Grace for three years.
